Holiday apartment (90 sqm) on the first floor

The  kitchen is very well  equipped with dishwasher, electr. hob and stove, fridge, micro wave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, of course adequate dishes.

In an utility room beside you find a second fridge, washing machine, as well as iron and iron board. In case of using the lounge as a 3rd bed room, the television will be installed in the kitchen.

In this flat are two bed rooms with each 3 single beds. In the larger bed room (see photo on the left) is also space for a cot. 
The beds have  adjustable slatted frames and very comfortable mattresses. There is in each bed room on bed with a softer and with one firmer mattress.

The lounge could be used as a bed room as well. Both sofas are very comfortable bed sofas.There is a flat screen TV. This has  a jack to connect a lab-top. From here you have access to a balcony, where smoking is permitted.

There is a nice big shower bath in the apartment.
Another common bath with 2 shower and WC  and a further guest toilet is available in the house.

RATES

We have included the considerably increased energy costs in our daily rental prices.
Nevertheless, we ask our guests to be careful not to waste energy.
