Holiday apartment (90 sqm) on the top floor

The  kitchen is very well  equipped with dishwasher, electr. hob and stove, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and of course adequate dishes. In our guest house is also a tumble dryer available. In case of using the lounge as a 4th bed room, the television can be installed in the kitchen.

In this flat are tree bed rooms with each 2 single beds. In the largest bed room with 4 single beds is also space for a cot. The beds have  adjustable slatted frames and very comfortable mattresses.There is in each bed room on bed with a softer and with one firmer mattress.

The lounge could be used as a bed room as well. Both sofas are very comfortable bed sofas.There is a flat screen TV.This has  a jack to connect a lab-top.

There is one full bath in the apartment, 

In the basement of the house there is also a shared bathroom
with 2 showers a washing machine and a toilet, as well as another guest toilet.

We have included the considerably increased energy costs in our daily rental prices.
Nevertheless, we ask our guests to be careful not to waste energy.
