The  kitchen is very well  equipped with dishwasher,  electr. hob and stove, fridge,  toaster, kettle, coffee maker , of course adequate dishes and washing machine in a utility room beside the kitchen. In our guest house  is also a tumble dryer available. In case of using the lounge as a 3rd bed room, the television can be installed in the kitchen.

  

In this flat are two bed rooms with each 2 single beds. In the largest bed room ( see photo on the left ) is space for a 3rd bed and/ or a cot.  The beds have  adjustable slatted frames and very comfortable  mattresses. There is in each bed room on bed with a softer and with  one firmer mattress.

  

The lounge could be used as a bed room as well. Both sofas are very comfortable bed sofas.  There is a flat screen TV . This has  a jack to connect  a lab-top.

There is a nice big shower bath in the apartment.
Another common bath with 2 shower and WC  and a further guest toilet is available in the house.
